Brandco services the brands we sell and install as well as most other manufacturers. We care about safety, quality and you, our customers. Our technicians are factory trained and NFI certified because your safety is first and foremost. The National Fireplace Institute® is an independent, non-profit certification agency that has created the standard for certification in the hearth industry. Only those who pass a rigorous examination covering fundamentals of proper installation receive NFI Specialist Certification.

Our technicians will get your new fireplace ready to enjoy but they can also perform yearly services and help with any issues that may come along the way. It’s recommended that you have your fireplace serviced once a year. Think of it as a fireplace tune up. Most people don’t think about their fireplace until the first cold of the fall sets in. Beat the rush and have your gas fireplace ready to go late summer. Then you will be ready that first cold night and you can save money with our summer service rates. We can also replace old gas logs, install accessories to increase performance or just add style with decorative fronts. Service appointment hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM till 4:00PM. These can vary depending on your location and reason for service.
